The 2010 Apple Capital Triathlons and Duathlons are set for August 21st and 22nd.
The gun goes off at 8am and racers can either compete in the Sprint Triathlon or Duathlon on Saturday or the Olympic Triathlon or Duathlon on Sunday.
We offer divisions for individual racers or teams.

Olympic Distance Triathlon:
1.5 swim, 40K scenic out-and-back bike 10K run along a paved trail within Daroga State Park
Sprint Distance Triathlon:
450-yard swim, 20K bike, 5K run Camping available on site on a first-come, first-served basis
Olympic Distance Duathlon:
10k run along paved trail w/n Daroga State Park; 40K scenic out-and-back bike 5K run (course repeated)
Sprint Distance Duathlon:
5 k run, 20K bike, 5K run
Camping available on site on a first-come, first-served basis Registration for either distance:
Registration fee is $65 for individuals; $95 for teams before August 3rd. After August 3rd, entry fees are $75 for individuals and $105 for teams. Entries received after August 11th, 2008 may not receive souvenir items. Enclose payment with entry.
Entries are non-refundable/non-transferable
Award Division:
Awards will be presented to overall male and female winner, 1st thru 3rd in each individual age groups, 1st and 2nd in each relay division for each distance.
Age Divisions:
Individuals: 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-559, 60+
Relay:
(combined 3 ages) 105 & under, 106 and over in Men’s, Women’s and Mixed divisions.
